All art materials are included! \nTwistshops programs are non-clinical creative arts therapy-focused workshops that promote healing\, relaxation and emotional recovery through art based interventions that are designed to reduce symptoms of depression\, anxiety and stress related to cancer. Twistshops are art therapy workshops that use storytelling and mindful art-making to support healing\, relaxation\, and emotional recovery\, while helping to reduce stress and anxiety. \nThis session is free of charge and open to young adult cancer patients and survivors. \nDuring this session\, you’ll: \n• Explore self-care through creative expression. \n• Connect with others in the YA Cancer community. \n• Try new art materials and techniques. \n• Reflect on your experiences in a supportive environment. \n\n\n\n\nFree.
