DESCRIPTION:Gratitude in Color: Watercolor Process Painting + Art Therapy\n  \nNovember 11th\, 2026 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM EST \nLocation: Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional \nCape May\, NJ \nArt Therapy Programming by Twist Out Cancer \nFacilitator: Sherry Warner ATR-BC\, LPAT\, ATCS \nDesigned for patients\, caregivers\, and staff across the Cooper University Health Care system\, Gratitude in Color provides a calming space to cultivate mental and emotional well-being. The session opens with introductory free-association watercolor painting and intentional mark-making exercise to help release tension. Participants then participate in 30 minutes of reflective watercolor process painting guided by the art therapist. Emphasizing the grounding experience of art-making and the fluid\, soothing qualities of watercolor\, the workshop focuses on nervous system regulation\, self-compassion\, and recognizing personal support systems through expressive color movement.
