DESCRIPTION:Moving Through the Storm: Acrylic Process Painting + Art Therapy\n  \nDecember 2\, 2026 12:00 PM – 1:30PM EST \nLocation: Cooper University Health Care – Moorestown Campus \nMoorestown\, NJ \nArt Therapy Programming by Twist Out Cancer \nFacilitator: Sherry Warner\, ATR-BC\, LPAT\, ATCS \nMoving Through the Storm is an acrylic process painting workshop designed to help the Cooper Healthcare community navigate complex emotions\, stress\, and life transitions. The session begins with expressive mark-making to process immediate thoughts\, followed by 30 minutes of immersive acrylic painting. Using storm movement as a creative metaphor\, participants explore the transitions between challenging and tranquil experiences while visually identifying personal sources of comfort\, resilience\, support\, and hope.
