DESCRIPTION:Monthly Virtual Twistshop Series 2026\n“Twistshops” are art therapy-focused workshops that promote healing\, relaxation and emotional recovery through art therapy based interventions that are designed to reduce symptoms of depression\, anxiety and stress related to cancer. \nThemes for each month are listed below. \n\nJanuary 22nd: Radical Writing – A Healing Workshop\, facilitated by Mindy Brodsky\, JD\, MSW\, LCSW/LICSW \nFebruary 19th: Be Your Own Valentine\, facilitated by Jacqueline Carmody\, LCPC\, ATR-BC\, ATCS \nMarch 19th: Exploring Self-Care through Art Therapy\, facilitated by Jacqueline Carmody\, LCPC\, ATR-BC\, ATCS \nApril 16th: Collaboration with Wonders and Worries and exploring Glimmers – micro-moments of joy\, pleasure\, or gratitude.
