Moving Through the Storm is an acrylic process painting workshop designed to help the Cooper Healthcare community navigate complex emotions, stress, and life transitions. The session begins with expressive mark-making to process immediate thoughts, followed by 30 minutes of immersive acrylic painting. Using storm movement as a creative metaphor, participants explore the transitions between challenging and tranquil experiences while visually identifying personal sources of comfort, resilience, support, and hope.
