Twist Out Cancer x UI Health Twistshop
The morning will begin with an expressive art workshop based on the Danish principle of Hygge which promotes a sense of well-being, coziness, and contentment. No artistic experience is required! Your experience will conclude with a guided meditation designed to relax your body, still your mind, and engage your spirit.
Art supplies and refreshments will be provided.
Limited parking and transportation assistance is available.
