Segment details:
-The segment will have a “show + tell” element to it.
-The activity will be a type of narrative therapy with writing/word prompts centered around “hygge” which means “cozy” in Danish.
-Attendees will be encouraged to bring their favorite mug where they like to enjoy a favorite beverage in their ‘cozy’ space.
-Erin will email the pre-designed hygge coloring sheet to attendees which will be used to create their own artwork of a cozy place – the place can tie into any part of their life.
-At the end, attendees can show their mug and completed artwork highlighting their cozy space and why it brings them joy.
