Suggested Materials:

Pen and paper or computer/iPad.

Activity:

Writing quick, short responses to prompts such as “memory that won’t let you go.”

Facilitated by Elizabeth Hanly & co-led by Art Therapist & LCPC Jacqueline Carmody

Brief therapy/artist bio & personal connection to Twist:

For the last several years under the auspices of New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Visible Ink Program, Elizabeth has been leading writing workshops for cancer patients through zoom. Jacqueline is an art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor who has been the director of Twistshop programming since 2015. Jacqueline will be co-leading to help create a safe space for sensitive topics or difficult emotions that may arise during the group.
