Neurographic art is a method that combines art and psychology, designed to help individuals work through challenging emotions and limiting beliefs by engaging in a meditative drawing process. It’s considered a form of art therapy that can be used for stress relief, personal growth, and self-expression. 

Suggested Materials:

  • Sketch book or thick drawing paper
  • Black marker or pen
  • Markers 
  • Watercolors
